This site gives you the opportunity to tell us about yours or someone else’s experience using the NHS so we can help improve patient safety. The NPSA aims to help the NHS learn from its mistakes nationally and, in doing so, reduce the number of things that can go wrong in the future where patients may be harmed. The NPSA does not have powers to investigate individual cases or deal with complaints about the NHS organisation that provides the care.
