Sarndrah Horsfall joined the National Patient Safety Agency (NPSA) in 2007 and is currently the Chief Executive.  

Sarndrah has a background in strategic management, transformational change, service improvement, team development, financial and performance management and partnership working. 

She combines extensive health sector experience with a background in commercial and business management.  She has held a number of senior executive roles in both the public and private sectors.

Dave Bell joined the NPSA in 2006 and is the Director of Finance and Facilities.

Dave is a qualified accountant (CIPFA) with over 28 years experience of public finance, and has been a finance director in the NHS since 1991.

Suzette Woodward is the Director of Patient Safety Strategy and the Nursing Lead for Patient Safety at the National Patient Safety Agency. 

Suzette has worked in the NHS for nearly 30 years, specialising in patient safety for the last 15 years. She is a qualified paediatric intensive care nurse. Suzette has a post graduate Diploma in Management Studies, MSc in Clinical Risk Management and recently completed a Doctorate in Patient Safety with a focus on improving implementation.
